What To Expect

Your digitals will be professionally taken by an experienced photographer. First time? Not a problem! We will guide you through it. Within 7 business days, you will receive the best 7-10 photos selected by the team which will be lightly edited in terms of color correction (for a natural skin retouch, select the option at checkout). Input "N/A" in the shipping address field when checking out. How to arrive: Natural hair and clean face (or with minimal makeup) is highly recommended. What to wear: Solid colored form fitted clothing is highly recommended. - Women: Black fitted/straight bottoms (no rips), black tank top and black/clear/nude heels. - Men: Black fitted/straight jeans/pants (no rips) and black shoes. No shirt or plain white/black t-shirt/tank top. - Nonbinary: Any of the above. - If your hair is long, bring a scrunchy just in case. You may shoot with it down and/or in a bun/ponytail. *Note that these are only recommendations, please feel free to wear whatever feels good! *A confirmation email will be sent to you after booking which will include the access link needed for entry into the building and studio*

Cancellation Policy

New York Sessions: To cancel and receive a full refund, please contact us at least 3 days before your appointment date. Otherwise, cancellations made within 3 days of your appointment will not be refunded. Absence without prior notification will be regarded as a no-show and will not be refunded. Late arrival 10 minutes after appointment time will not be accommodated nor refunded. There are no reschedules and/or credits offered. Time swaps are possible as long as the desired times are available. Please let us know as soon as possible if you'd like to change your slot. Out-of-state bookings are only eligible for a partial refund of 50% up until 48 hours before the session. Failure to contact us prior will result in no refund.
