Responsibilities

Check in models and ensure a smooth (incoming and outgoing) flow of models.

Track attendants and manage time efficiently.

Answer phones and respond to emails that pertain to event inquiries.

Answer questions guests may have and guide them when needed.

Ensure that the terms and conditions of each event are being followed by the models/guests.

Give instructions to models when necessary.

Technical Skills

Basic computer skills are required.
Expectations/Requirements

At least 1 year in casting, production, fashion, entertainment or any related field (preferred, not required) and 2+ years in hospitality.

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Should have a good sense of humor (you know what all work and no play does to Jack).

Must be able to interact with guests/models kindly, confidently and professionally.

Able to manage time efficiently and prioritize workload.
